Bunnie has practiced law for over 30 years in the Western and South Eastern United States. She previously practiced law with an international law firm specializing in Subrogation and Recovery. Bunnie Todd can now serve as your North Carolina legal expert for any subrogation claim- from product liability, worker’s compensation, to inland marine. Unlike the Big recovery firms, Bunnie will handle lower dollar value claims on a contingency fee or hourly basis that the Big firms refuse to take. Always efficient and cost conscious, Bunnie understands your needs including the important interface between your insured, inside and outside adjusters, experts and recovery personnel. Her goal is always to maximize recovery in the shortest time possible. 

Bunnie has served as defense counsel for many large corporations for claims involving defective products and machinery and for doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice actions.  Prior to attending law school, Bunnie worked as a technical writer in the Shuttle Program for Lockheed Space Operations and Hughes Aircraft Company for the now retired 14-D Fighter Jet.  Given her understanding of the internal workings of corporations and legal experience in a variety of settings, she is poised to represent your company or your insured in any capacity as defense counsel, whether it is assessing and deflecting potential claims or defending claims already in suit.

Bunnie has been Certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission as a Superior Court Mediator for both Civil and Family Financial cases. She is also eligible to Mediate cases filed in Federal District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Bunnie is available to mediate all matters, whether mandatory or voluntary, in Mecklenburg and all surrounding Counties.
