Mediation

Bunnie (a/k/a Elizabeth) Todd has more than 10 years of experience as a mediator and more than 30 years of experience litigating civil cases. Her mediation practice includes product liability cases; employment and worker’s compensation matters; premises liability cases; construction defect cases; property boundary and eminent domain cases; inland marine loss and damage cases; insurance coverage disputes; catastrophic personal injury cases (including brain injury and amputations); medical malpractice cases; and large and multiparty subrogation and recovery cases.

 

Bunnie mediates civil cases filed in North Carolina Superior Court, as well in the Federal District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. She is also a certified mediator in South Carolina.

In her law practice, Bunnie served as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and having worked “both sides of the table,” she understands matters from all points of view. Her experience and empathy help her achieve successful resolutions with mediation clients.
